Cooling Ventilation Sheet for Vehicle

Product Overview

  • - Different from the existing ventilation sheets, our cold air sheet is
      made with Peltier element and only used for large sedans and imported cars.
  • - Since our Peltier element technology is similar to a small-size air conditioner,
       it differs from the ventilation technology using a fan.
       The Peltier element applied sheet allows users to have a cooling driving
       by decreasing the temperature of the back and bottom of a car seat where the air
       conditioner (about below 4℃) does not reach. 
  • - Our product is eco-friendly, low-power by not using refrigerant.

Product Overview

  • - Our product can even remove powder by drying steam with the installation of a dryer in the scrubber.
  • - The steam from a wet chamber becomes liquified while going through a cooling rod.
  • - The liquified moisture and a certain amount of powder get down to the chamber due to gravity.
  • - We made a cooling block with Peltier element, allowing us to maintain the optimal temperature.
  • - We coated its inside with Teflon strongly resistant to chemical to prevent corrosion.

    Safety-monitoring System on Smart Facility

    Fan & Temperature Monitoring System (FTMS)

    Product Overview

  • - Our product enables us to quickly detect a problem by monitoring the current
      given to a fan in real time. When abnormality occurs, an alarm is generated.
  • - Alarm occurs if a connected device exceeds the pre-defined interlock range
      by checking the internal temperature and current value. 
  • - Communication frequency (2.4GHz), communication distance (more than 10m).
  • - Workers can check values even in the field thanks to displaying the values of
       temperature and current by receiving the data in real time.
  • - We can protect PCB from an external environment by manufacturing
       an aluminum case not to be affected by the semiconductor process
      (high frequency, high voltage, etc.) (10 units per set).



    • Operation Principle

  • - DC sensor module: Detection of a current change in a fan, detection of ambient temperature,
      and wireless communication (effective distance 10M)
  • - AC sensor module: Detection of a current change in a fan (switching current sensor),
      detection of ambient temperature, and wireless communication (effective distance 10M)
  • - The values detected by a sensor module are sent to a server PC in real time
      via wireless communication.
  • - Server PC: Display the values received in real time on LED simultaneously.
      If the values deviate the pre-defined interlock range, an alarm is generated.

    Wireless Leak Monitoring System

  • - Our system monitors any leak of water, chemical, and gas by being merged
      with the IoT technology.
  • - We can prevent environmental accidents in the semiconductor and display
      process by generating an alarm when a signal sent to each sensor delivered to a host.
  • - We develop and sell our system by applying it to the safety management
      system of a smart factory.

    • Principle of Product

  • - Sensor module : Our sensor module is composed of 10 units.
    ① Length of water leak sensor: 200mm
    ② Detection of 4 water leak spots per sensor module channels) (4 channels)
  • - Host: Window of displaying the total of 40 channels on LED
    ① Alarm function (LED lighting system, buzzer, lamp)
